Spring 2026 Sublet on Lester

Hi! I’m looking to sublet my comfortable room in a clean apartment shared with four friends, for the Spring 2026 term (May–Aug). Ten minute walk from the Uni, super convenient, on Lester Street. Here are some details about the unit:

• $900/month, including all utilities and Wi-Fi

• 5 bed, 2 bath unit

• Co-ed unit (4 other tenants)

• Laundry and drying machines in the building (paid)

• ≈10-minute walk to E7 — very close to campus

• Fully furnished apartment

 

The room includes:

• Furniture: bed, desk, desk chair

• Storage: storage rack, plastic frame drawer under the desk, nightstand/storage rack, small under-bed dresser, and three small storage compartments under the bed

• Additional items: plastic waste bin (with bags), ironing board and iron

 

Here are some additional items left in my room for you to use if you’d like, in addition to what’s listed above:

• Large computer monitor

• Power strip

• Desk lamp with RGB base

• Alarm clock radio with RGB setting and wake-up light

• Small air purifier
