Your team’s dynamic: The Sipelia team is responsible for developing and integrating the VoIP communication module within Genetec’s various platforms. Our solution enables the management of audio and video communications between users, intercoms, telephony systems, and other external devices. The team also manages our public address platform via loudspeakers. Your day at a glance: Participate in the analysis, design and implementation of new features for a modern cloud-based communication platform Create automated tests to monitor the status of various services and ensure proper functionality Contribute to task effort estimation and time management to deliver solutions according to expectations Work with various stakeholders such as technical leads, architects and developers from other teams Contribute to team well-being by maintaining a positive attitude and helping sustain a healthy, motivating and productive work environment What makes you a great fit: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of software development experience Solid knowledge and experience with a modern object-oriented programming language Good analytical skills and resilience when facing challenges Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written (this position requires interaction with our international collaborators and customers) An asset if you have: Knowledge of C#/.NET, GoLang, F# Experience with real-time communication technologies such as SIP & WebRTC Knowledge related to audio & video codecs Experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React) Experience with containerisation and orchestration engines (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience deploying in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, etc.) Here's what we offer!
