Found Motorola Phone

Found this phone first Saturday of December, in Kentwood. Owner would have been walking when he/she dropped it. Found out ONLY the original owner can access it with a pin number or their Google account. If this is your phone and you want it back (free) please message me. Must tell me 2-3 possible streets you may have dropped it on. Must pick up. Otherwise, can you disconnect your Google account from this phone (from another device) so that someone else can make use of it?
