2006 Honda Pilot

2006 Honda Pilot, 275000km, 3.5L V6 engine (timing belt, tensioner replaced at 220k), three rows (3rd row is folded down in pictures). 2nd owner. Car starter. Aftermarket touch screen stereo with GPS. Winter and summer tires are both at 70% life. Rear breaks were done a year ago, I have new rotors and pads for the front just have not installed. $2000 as is. It’s still insured and driving daily. What I know it will need for safety: front windshield, exhaust work (check engine light comes on for catalytic converter), likely front end suspension work, a 3rd row seatbelt is seized
