The volunteer cooperant will carry out the following activities: Conduct an organizational diagnosis of UNAAC Based on the diagnosis, develop a strategic action plan for UNAAC Provide mentoring to the partner for effective integration and application of acquired knowledge in their interventions. Experience: University degree in organizational development, administration, international development, social sciences, health, or other relevant fields. Essential professional skills: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in organizational development. International work experience, preferably in a post-conflict country.
