Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, we offer structured programs to develop your skills. - Children's classes: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. - Adult classes: Tuesdays from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM at Cégep du Vieux Montréal. - A free trial class is offered to all new students.
