





We are currently looking for CNC machinists to fill positions across various shifts. Role and Purpose of the Position The CNC machinist's role is to produce simple and complex parts (3 and 4 axes) using computer numerical control machines. The CNC machinist ensures product quality by conducting regular measurements on parts and adhering to specified tolerances. Key Responsibilities Ensure work quality through MIS Perform necessary adjustments, setups, and repairs for part fabrication Verify setup quality using geometry and trigonometry Install, change, and set tool zeros (ZOLLER) for standard tools Perform various production setups while working closely with production and design departments Ensure work continuity between shifts through documentation and communication of actions and irregularities Operate CNC machines and validate zero-setting values before continuing the program Requirements Strong communication skills: ability to express oneself clearly in French Decision-making/judgment: ability to identify problems and respond appropriately Active listening: ability to listen attentively, ask for clarification, understand, and follow instructions Health/safety: promotes mutual respect, maintains a clean and safe workspace, and supports safety-related programs Teamwork: respects team deadlines and responsibilities, values others' opinions, and contributes to a positive team environment Ability to read and interpret blueprints DEP in machining or machining technology, or 3 years of experience with numerical control Solid knowledge of CNC machining principles Understanding of position tolerancing (e.g., perpendicularity of 0.001 relative to datum A) Good knowledge of tooling and surface finishes
