Will be available September 1st. Room for rent on the top floor of a house, shared with my brother tenant Looking for a roommate to move in when my roommate moves out at the beginning of August. All common areas are shared as well as the bathroom. There is a driveway for parking as well as street parking. Also welcome to use the back yard for recreation and storage. The place is already furnished including the bedroom but are more than welcome to bring your own furniture if you prefer. In suite laundry as well. . I myself keep busy between full time shift work and playing sports so when I am home I just like to wind down and chill.
