All inclusive Utilities. FYI, this is a room in a unit shared by the owner, so the landlord tenant act does not apply. This means the person can be ejected at any moment for any reason. This room is for individuals with not pets and no visitors/guests/etc. This will not work out for 90 % of the population, but if you have a calm demeanor, it may work great!
