Measuring Wheel

Description

Lufkin walk behind measuring wheel. Used, in good condition. The latch to hold the hand together when unfolded is broken. Does not affect the functionality of the measuring mechanism. The handle still unfolds but will bend at the hinge if you lift it too high off the ground. Meant to fix this (was thinking magnets) but never got around to it. No longer needed due to change in employment. Sells for $118 brand new at Home Depot. Asking $40 obo; make me an offer. Cross posted, no holds without arranged pick up time. Cash sale.
