Our Health, Safety & Environment group delivers a unified and proactive service which includes leadership, guidance and mentoring to create a world class safety culture, and is seeking a Safety Advisor to join our team, based in the General Toronto Area (GTA) or Thunder Bay, ON. Reporting to the Regional Supervisor, this position provides field level support to supervisors, foremen and workers and provides leadership and coordination of day-to-day safety requirements of assigned projects. This position plays an important role in ensuring that Valard’s safety culture has been established and adhered to in the field. Please Note: this is a field-based position with 90% of the time spent on site across Canada. This is a T4 Hourly Employee position, with a starting salary range of $35/hr - $42/hr + Overtime, dependent on experience.
