Cello Lessons - Cours de violoncelle

I am offering online beginner cello lessons in french and english starting January 2026! Hello, my name is Alexis, I have a Master's degree in cello performance from the University of Ottawa and I have been teaching adolescents and adults how to play the cello for over 10 years! I teach a combination of Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) and Suzuki method, and I have coached students through examinations for the Royal Conservatory, as well as countless others who learn the cello as their hobby to play and have fun. I am currently taking online students, with the possibility of in-person lessons becoming available. I love to teach cellists how to play in groups (ensembles like bands, quartets, orchestras...), and I have started countless cellists on the instrument who had zero previous musical experience. Whatever your goals may be, I am excited to hear from you!
