Offgrid, self sustaining, remote, isolation, unvaccinated
Description
Looking for someone who would be interested in buying some land, building a couple cabins, raising chickens, milking goats, playing with the dog, collecting eggs, going fishing, caring for a big garden, chopping wood, rippin around on the ATV’s or snowmobiles and enjoying the simple life. I am a former home builder who wants out. I don’t want wifi, I don’t want a smartphone, I want peace and quiet. If living on 30+ acres, using solar energy, collecting rain water and burning wood sounds appealing and you have a little cash saved up and want out of the rat race, tired of BS politics and government, I’d like to hear from you. I’m looking at New Brunswick for my land purchase but am open to Nova Scotia or Newfoundland. My calculations show that the monthly cost of living is less than $600 per month (real healthy food included - no grocery store or fast food junk). It would be well under $500 if it was 2 people. If building an Offgrid self sustaining neighborhood sounds like fun and you can live with a DVD collection vs wifi and can be ok with maybe driving to the local free wifi establishment with your iPad once a month to check your emails and maybe order supplies like sugar, rice, seeds, clothes etc and form meaningful and real bonds with the animals and nature while spending days on the lake (summer or winter), I’d like to chat. Maybe you got divorced and lost your entire life because your ex was a narcissistic psychopath. Maybe you are a trades person or mechanic and hit 50 and finally realized that professional sports is nothing but entertainment. Maybe you finally realized that the media and smart phones are nothing but a trap. Maybe you lost all your friends and family because you didn’t get vaccinated to keep them safe lol. Male or female (I’m not looking for romance). I’m a 55yr old who’s had enough and I’d like to enjoy the next 20yrs focusing on my happiness. I’m ready to do it alone but just in case I cut my arm off with a chainsaw or just need a couple days away for some family emergency, it’s nice to have another person living on the property. With regards to income, there are plenty of ways to make $1000 bucks a month. Trust me. Chopping and selling firewood, building other cabins, selling eggs or chicken, making goats milk soap, fixing old cars/bikes/snowmobiles/snowblowers, making furniture or simply collecting $1000 per month with some pension or from investments. Initial costs for land and a small cabin could be as low as $50K. Maybe you have $40k in equity. Maybe you have a $40k vehicle that you could sell. There’s $80k right there. It doesn’t take much. Only need one vehicle (one insurance payment) if it’s 2 or 3 of us. Also, talking about 30+ acres. Plenty of space. Depending on layout, individual cabins could be 1000ft from each other. Not wanting to live with someone in the same cabin. But certainly makes sense to share the day to day responsibilities or fishing or chopping wood or building a fence. Like a best friend just a short walk or atv rip through the woods away.
