I'm a semi-retired contractor with over 40 years of experience. I'm not looking for a large project. However, I will consider consulting services. I have constructed custom homes, done numerous additions, basements, kitchens, and bathroom projects.The last few years, I have renovated and/or built kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, decks, painting and, landscaping. I will not cut corners or ignore building codes in any way whatsoever. I have all the tools required to do just about any project. My rate starts at $30.00 per hour.
