Looking for a graphic designer for long term commitment.

I have a few ongoing projects. for which I need graphic design services. Most of the work will involve items such as two page flyers, social media graphics, promotional material, simple business documents, and similar design assignments. Logo design is not required, as the logos and basic brand direction are already in place. I am usually very clear about what I need. In most cases, I will provide the content, purpose, layout direction, and any references required. This means you will not be expected to spend unnecessary time searching for concepts or guessing the direction. You will be able to focus directly on the design and execution. You should have good design skills and be comfortable using your preferred software, such as Illustrator, Affinity, Canva, Photoshop, CorelDraw, or similar tools. Many years of experience are welcome, but not required. What matters most is good design sense, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow clear instructions. This is not a full branding assignment where you are expected to create a major brand identity from scratch. I am looking for practical, professional design support for clearly defined business needs. Therefore, I am looking for fair and reasonable pricing based on execution, consistency, and ongoing work.
