Considering getting a roommate

Looking for the right roommate — and hopefully a good friend too. I live in a cozy mini home in Grand-Barachois, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and a 5-minute drive to the nearest grocery store. The property is one of the nicest lots on the street, with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. I'm looking for someone who lives a fairly quiet lifestyle. No partying or drugs. Alcohol is your choice and I have no issue with cannabis, but any smoking should be done outside. Vaping indoors is fine. Pets are welcome, provided they get along with my dog, who is very friendly with both cats and other dogs. One thing I'd love is to share the gardening experience with someone. If you're willing to help plant and care for the garden, we can enjoy the vegetables and fruit we grow together. More than just a roommate, I'd like to find someone who values respect, honesty, and friendship. If you're Christian, that's a bonus, but it's not a requirement.
