They prefer to own a mortgage on the house rather than owning the actual house itself !!!! \r\n\r\nIf you have a job, and you appear to be a responsible person, the lawyer will be happy to transfer the house over to you and become your mortgage holder. Otherwise, the lawyer (on behalf of the client) has to pay taxes, insurance, repairs ___ etc. ___ on a house that by now is usually vacant. They much prefers to give you the house and collect a monthly payment from you. And since these lawyers are not the mob, you will get a good enough mortgage rate.\r\n\r\nSo here is what you need to do :\r\n\r\nTHE METHOD:\r\n1 ) Find all of the Real Estate (and Estate) lawyers you possible can ___ there are hundreds of them.\r\n2) Write a letter to them telling them a bit about yourself and your present job.\r\n3) In the letter let them know that you cannot afford a down payment, but you can afford monthly mortgage payments. If you can afford 2 or 3 thousand dollars as a good-faith down payment, mention that in the letter also. Even send them a copy of 3 recent payslips.\r\n4) Let them know that you are willing and ready to go to their office to introduce yourself if they would like to meet you.\r\n5) Send out some of these letters on a daily basis.\r\n\r\nYou will be quite surprise as to the variety of responses you will get from these letters. \r\n\r\nIt is not the house that these lawyers care about, they want you to have the house paying a mortgage every month. But this is ok with you ___ you will end up owning, legally, houses without having to make down payments. You can even sell the house.
