The Industrial Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination and effective execution of projects in the industrial field. This role involves overseeing all stages of the project, from its initial conception to its final implementation, ensuring that objectives are achieved on time and with allocated resources. The Industrial Project Manager must be able to manage diverse multidisciplinary teams, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, as well as resolve potential issues that may arise throughout the process. Primary Responsibilities: Planning and coordination of industrial projects, including developing budgets, schedules and milestones. Your team’s dynamic: Key to this role is the ability to clearly understand and assess the rapidly changing market of access control, learn thoroughly and communicate the value and functionality of Synergis™, and have the skills to mobilize different stakeholders across the global organization for the success of the product. Your day at a glance: Gather, evaluate and document market demands, opportunities and feature requests, both strategic and tactical, for existing or new product evolution, and turn them into actionable items for the R&D team. Develop commercial offerings tailored to specific industrial and/or regional markets. Develop and communicate the product roadmap internally and externally by defining product/feature priorities. Evaluate and understand industry trends, market segmentation and the competitive landscape. Formulate strategies based on the marketing mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Distribution). Continuously assess product and market performance. Serve as a product advocate/expert, both internally and externally. What makes you a great fit: Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written (this position requires interaction with our international colleagues and customers) Three or more years of experience in product management.
