TEST LEAD, LOCALIZATION QUALITY ASSURANCE (LQA) Montreal, Quebec Canada Side is looking for an LQA Team Lead to lead one or more of our teams at our Mile-End studio in Montreal. An ideal candidate would be passionate about delivery of high-quality services with solid background working on a variety of projects, client, and platforms. A collaborative leader that is solution-driven to coach and develop their team to their maximum potential.   What you’ll be doing Help setup new projects, taking into consideration the logistics of human, hardware, and software resources Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
