cottage winterizing

Description

I'm offering a $200 flat rate fee to come and winterize your cottage. I am a fully licensed plumber. The price includes the following services: - shut down and drain all pressurized water systems. - disconnect and remove any hardware that is in a lake. - fill all necessary drains with plumbing antifreeze. (plumbing antifreeze is also included in the price listed above) what is not included is: - offsite storage of anything that is owned by the cottage owner (if you have any water treatment or other parts of the potable water system that you don't want to or can't store at the cottage over the winter you are responsible for taking it from the cottage and storing it) - any and all repairs (any plumbing issues that you may be having can be fixed at the same time as the winterizing but it will be priced separately from the price listed above)
