You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and selecting candidates for various legal positions within our company. By collaborating with the account manager, you will ensure smooth operational functioning. Responsibilities: Collaborate with human resources managers and department heads to understand specific legal staffing needs; Conduct in-depth research to identify potential candidates through various channels; Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience in the legal field; Manage hiring processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and adherence to deadlines; Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process; Ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of recruitment activities; Meet clients in person or virtually to represent the company. Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the legal sector; - Excellent communication skills and active listening ability; - Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously; - Ability to manage a growing team of recruiters; - Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships.
