Every CH member has their own private bedroom and shares the common areas of a luxury apartment with roommates matched to their personality.

Monthly rent includes a private bedroom within a shared apartment. Apartments typically have 3–4 bedrooms, and you’ll share with 2–3 roommates. All 4-bedroom apartments come with 2 bathrooms, and most 3-bedroom apartments also have 2 bathrooms.

 

 

What sets Chelsea apart is that we don’t assign roommates randomly or alphabetically—we use a roommate matching system that helps us understand your lifestyle, preferences, and requirements, so we can pair you with the most compatible roommate. Our main goal is to ensure you enjoy a comfortable and enjoyable semester—and get along well with your roommates!

 

 

Your private bedroom comes equipped with a double bed (a key selling point—most accommodations offer only single beds!), a full-size desk, wardrobe, bedding, sheets, towels, and under-bed storage space. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, dishware, cookware, and appliances such as blenders, toasters, and coffee makers. Students can control the electric heating temperature in their private rooms. All members receive a key to the Chelsea front door and a key to their apartment. Each individual room also has its own lock.

 

 

The living room is equipped with a smart TV.

 

 

The building houses 27 apartments across 4 floors, including the main ground floor.

 

 

There is a lounge inside the building where students commonly study and relax, featuring a pool table, ping-pong table, bar, board games, etc. This is also where we host events year-round, open to all members. We provide food and cocktails. It’s a great place to meet other members and make friends. We welcome students from around the world studying at various universities in Montreal.

 

 

We have an in-house cleaning team that maintains cleanliness in common areas, hallways, lounges, and the gym, and cleans every member’s apartment twice per month. They handle floor, bathroom, and kitchen cleaning. These services are included in your rate. Additional monthly cleaning services can be added upon request. They also supply toilet paper, dish soap, etc.

 

 

We also operate a gym accessible to students 24/7, equipped with Peloton machines, dumbbells, yoga mats, and treadmills.

 

 

Air conditioning is installed throughout the entire building—including inside every apartment.

 

 

Your rate includes everything above, plus:

 

 

- All utilities (heating, electricity, hot water)

 

 

- High-speed internet connection per apartment

 

 

- Laundry service; 24/7 access to the laundry room, unlimited use (we do not charge per load)

 

 

- Participation in events

 

 

- Bi-weekly cleaning service

 

 

- “Consumables,” such as toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags, etc., replenished every two weeks.
