looking for Lucy’s owners

I am looking for the couple that adopted Lucy in 2017. She was a black Chihuahua. I had to move into an apartment and couldn’t take her with me. The couple live in Yarmouth or they did at the time they took Lucy. I live in Sackville. My info got erased off my phone so I lost their number and they never messaged me after our last conversation.
