How does one get 5ton exp driving

Hello name is shamus im 40 caucasion,question for some?iv had my Z endorsment for almost 2 years just sits in limbo,but iv tryed to get a delivery driving job and you need 2-3 year exp driving comercial vehicle,now how does one go about even getting practice,i know training isnt 2-3 years and already know how to do inpsections and such,21 years of driving and why is it hard to find a delivery job here in canada being a white male in his 40s.any helpful advise be great,was of time for a Z if cant drive nothing, i donno why even gov does such silly stuff might as well scrap the Z and just make it DZ or AZ courses which you learn air brakes in process cause not one company let me get behind a 5 ton truck...and i know juice brake 5ton there isnt a DZ required?..but maybe a fella or woman might know where to guide me any help be great thanks abunch.
