The apartment is a walkout basement unit located in a modern building (completed in 2023), situated near essential amenities. It is a 35-minute drive from Montreal while offering the tranquility of a rural setting. Public transportation to Montreal is also available if needed, though the commute would be longer. Included: Refrigerator, stove, range hood, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, central vacuum system, heat pump, and central heating with independent thermostats for each room. Floating hardwood flooring throughout the unit, except in the bathroom, which features mosaic tile. Excluded: Water, Internet. The rental includes the 4.5-room apartment, a storage space, and an outdoor parking spot. Applicants must meet the following criteria: Good credit history Stable employment Clean criminal record No file with the Quebec Administrative Housing Tribunal (TAL). One cat is permitted.
