- a few minutes walk to the metro / bus stop out front

- about 20 minutes to downtown (Concordia or McGill)

- no smoking indoors

Common areas cleaned regularly.

You will be expected to clean up what you use in the kitchen immediately after you're done.

You will be sharing the apartment with 2 males.

Ideal environment if you need a calm, clean quiet place without being disturbed by the others.
