Repair and maintain production equipment to ensure consistent operating efficiency. Collect and document repair/maintenance data and ensure proper follow-up actions are taken.   Preventive Maintenance (PM) & Utilities Plan, schedule, and carry out preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Oversee and perform routine checks, maintenance, and repairs for production-related utilities, including water, electricity, compressed air, gas, and related systems.   Spare Parts Inventory & Budgeting Monitor, maintain, and replenish spare parts inventory. PRIORITIES: Treatment & Service Delivery Orientate children and families to the organization's programs, including all of the information outlined in the Centre and accreditation (Canadian Centre for Accreditation) standards. Provide treatment and support to children with major behavioural and emotional difficulties and their families as indicated by the individual treatment plan.
