Description

Key Responsibilities Manage and respond to security incidents via ServiceNow, following established incident response protocols. Analyze emerging threats and communicate risks to relevant stakeholders. Develop and maintain operational reporting (e.g., RMDIs, HR investigations, lost/stolen asset reports). Compile and analyze data for executive-level metrics and dashboards. Lead and support security awareness campaigns and phishing simulations. Coordinate multi-unit responses during security incidents and ensure timely stakeholder engagement. Conduct root cause analysis and document incident response procedures. Support Privileged Access Management (PAM) service requests within SLA timelines. Collaborate with internal teams to anticipate and mitigate potential security risks. Required Qualifications Proven experience in cybersecurity incident response and threat analysis. Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems. Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) principles. Experience in compiling and presenting security metrics and reports. Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams during security events. Knowledge of current cybersecurity trends, threats, and mitigation strategies. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Must be available to work onsite in Regina, SK. Preferred Skills Experience in public sector or government environments. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent. Background in conducting phishing simulations and awareness training. Familiarity with Canadian privacy and security regulations
