Job Description: • Analyze and understand user needs and issues related to our various software products. • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate support level. • Provide remote Level 1 support to customers via phone and email. • Document all interactions, issues, and solutions within the support system. • Collect data on recurring problems and contribute to creating articles and documentation for the knowledge base. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer communications. Qualifications: Experience in a secretarial or reception role within a dental clinic. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong customer service orientation. Proficiency in common administrative tasks: schedule management, appointment booking, billing, and patient record tracking using Dentitek software. Knowledge of dental insurance and electronic claims submission. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing priorities. Comfortable with computer tools and clinic management software, including Dentitek.
