As a Client Experience and Sales Specialist, you play a key role in this process, ensuring every client feels at ease and confident from start to finish. You meet each client to understand their vision and help them feel comfortable in our sophisticated SoHo space—setting the stage for an exceptional session. The photo session: Our all-female photography team guides each client through a series of refined poses. Using elegant satin draping, we create timeless works of art that tastefully and artistically highlight the human form. The session is designed to be efficient and professional, guaranteeing high-quality results. Same-day reveal: Immediately after the session, you present the unedited photos to the client. Your role is to help them explore their options, guiding them toward image and product choices that best reflect their personal style and vision. Final product delivery: Once selections are made, chosen images are sent to our in-house team for professional retouching. Our process enhances natural beauty without extreme alterations. We ensure the final product—from digital images to leather-bound albums—is delivered with the same high standards of luxury as the in-studio experience. Requirements About You You are personable, highly emotionally intelligent, and genuinely passionate about human connection. You have proven experience in customer-facing roles within luxury hospitality, experiential sales, or a similar field. High-volume sales experience is a strong asset. You have a demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and quotas. You possess excellent communication skills, project confidence, and have the ability to listen with empathy. You demonstrate strong emotional regulation. You are results-driven and skilled at leading conversations that result in successful sales outcomes. You are highly organized and able to manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment without compromising the personalized, high-end client experience. You are available to work weekends and evenings in person. You are prepared to take on a dynamic role requiring prolonged standing and physical activity.
