THE TASKS YOU WILL CARRY OUT 🎯 Identify production operational needs, define and write work methods Read, understand and interpret engineering drawings, process specifications, standards and norms. Assess technical feasibility based on engineering data. Visualize and set up manufacturing and assembly processes and procedures. Perform technical functional analyses (functional dimensioning). Establish the production flow according to tasks to be performed and their duration. Determine optimal work sequences. Produce and modify assembly instructions for manufacturing or assembling parts and components. Produce and modify visual aids designed to improve understanding of the work to be performed in production. Determine tooling requirements (hand tools, templates). Establish the required workforce quantity and technical skills needed to perform the work. Provide technical coaching to less experienced methods agents. Implement procedures and plans to ensure the quality of the work performed. Plan and implement production changes and ensure pre-production coordination Apply principles of change management, configuration control and effectiveness. Analyze technical impacts of changes. Perform financial analyses and assist with bids. Understand and apply mock-up concepts. Master first article inspection (FAI) control processes. Ensure technical liaison between different departments. Support daily production activities Assess the technical content of support requests. Investigate the root cause of problems and propose effective solutions. Write repair procedures. Provide technical advisory support to production. Electrical discipline: Installation of electrical wiring and harnesses. Troubleshooting related to electrical systems. Understand the requirements of AS 9100 standards related to the responsibilities of this position. Comply with the company's QMS procedures and apply the required tools when performing tasks. Requirements YOUR PROFILE IS ESSENTIAL TO OUR SUCCESS 💎 Education: You hold a technical college diploma and/or equivalent experience. You have 2 years of relevant experience or more in aerospace. Skills: You are comfortable reading technical drawings, have good 3D visualization, strong analytical skills and electrical expertise. You are familiar with methods for writing assembly instructions. You are proficient in computer-aided design software such as Catia V5 or Mentor Graphics. You are familiar with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software such as BAAN or SAP. You are proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of aircraft structure, systems and interior finishing will be considered an asset. Personal qualities: You have strong logical and mechanical aptitude. You have excellent teamwork skills. You are recognized for your perseverance and judgment. You have a strong customer focus and good interpersonal communication skills. Language skills: You are fluent in French, both written and spoken. You have a good command of English.
