Summary: Cuso International is seeking a cooperative volunteer to conduct an organizational diagnostic, develop a strategic action plan, and mentor an international development partner. Greater gender equality, increased empowerment of women and girls, and improved economic opportunities for youth are central objectives of the organization’s 2023–2027 Strategic Plan and guide all its programming. The cooperative volunteer will carry out the following activities: Conduct the organizational diagnostic of UNAAC Based on the diagnostic, develop a strategic action plan for UNAAC Mentor the partner to ensure effective integration and application of acquired knowledge in its interventions. Experience: University degree in organizational development, administration, international development, social sciences, health, or other relevant fields. Essential Professional Competencies: Minimum 2 years of work experience in organizational development. International work experience, preferably in a post-conflict country.
