




Summary: Cuso International is seeking a cooperative volunteer to conduct an organizational diagnostic, develop a strategic action plan, and mentor an international development partner. The cooperative volunteer will carry out the following activities: Conduct the organizational diagnostic of UNAAC Based on the diagnostic, develop a strategic action plan for UNAAC Mentor the partner to ensure effective integration and application of acquired knowledge in its interventions. Experience: University degree in organizational development, administration, international development, social sciences, health, or other relevant fields. Essential Professional Competencies: Minimum 2 years of work experience in organizational development. International work experience, preferably in a post-conflict country.
