JOB OPPORTUNITY – Psychologist First assignment: CLSC and Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic 📍 Work location: Baie-Comeau, Côte Nord, Quebec 📅 Duration: From now until October 1, 2025 📁 Temporary assignment (with possibility of renewal) Second assignment: Mental Health 📍 Work location: Baie-Comeau, Côte Nord, Quebec 📅 Duration: From now until September 28, 2025 📁 Temporary assignment (with possibility of renewal) About the assignment: Services SFT is seeking a passionate Psychologist for a stimulating assignment combining work in a CLSC and an outpatient psychiatry clinic in Baie-Comeau, on the Côte Nord. This role will allow you to apply your clinical skills in a human, diverse environment with strong interdisciplinary collaboration. Main responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments with adult and/or adolescent clients. Develop and implement individualized intervention plans. Provide psychotherapeutic follow-ups, in person or in hybrid mode (as needed). Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, family physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals. Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to mental health care coordination. Requirements: Doctorate in Psychology (Psy.D. or Ph.D.) recognized in Quebec. Must be a registered member in good standing with the Ordre des psychologues du Québec (OPQ). Clinical experience in CLSC, adult mental health, or outpatient psychiatry (a significant asset). Strong command of spoken and written French. Good interpersonal, listening, and interdisciplinary teamwork skills.
