Foods, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders from various warehouse zones. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: · Pick and assemble orders accurately from various temperature zones, following special instructions and ensuring correct quantities. · Pack orders correctly on pallets, label them by customer, and place them in the proper location. · Ensure product quality by inspecting packaging, best before dates, and condition. · Adhere to safety and hygiene standards by keeping the work area clean, managing spills, and ensuring cleanliness of items before packing. · Collaborate with team members to improve order fulfillment processes and warehouse efficiency. · Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment for safe and efficient operations. · Operate material handling equipment safely, performing pre-use inspections and following all safety procedures. · Report any issues encountered during work to the supervisor. · Perform any additional duties assigned. Job Summary The Class 5 License Delivery Driver is essential in ensuring that orders are shipped out on time, to the right location, and that excellent customer service is provided to our clients. Job Tasks Daily delivery of large-volume perishable food product orders and maintaining a clean, organized area. Delivering products in a safe and timely manner (delivery routes may vary from time to time) and maintaining a sense of urgency for all requests from team members and clients. Performing efficient loading practices, i.e., checking load accuracy, securing loads, and ensuring products are properly loaded onto the truck, etc. Conducting pre-trip inspections and checking load security. Obtaining COD payments and verifying signatures upon delivery. Maintaining a clean delivery vehicle (interior, exterior, and delivery trolleys). Performing daily pre- and post-shift safety inspections and advising the Supervisor of any concerns or service recommendations. Refueling the vehicle as required and maintaining usage/mileage logs.
