help needed

I have a scheduled visit with my son who's in foster care for the movie tomorrow. Our visit is scheduled for the movie theater tomorrow and I had a scene gift card for the movie theater left over from previous time when I took him and I planned to use what was Left on there , but unfortunately , it's coming up as error. Everything has been for tomorrow. Can someone please help me. I would really appreciate it.I don't want to let my son down.Please.
