OFF GRID CO-OWNER / PARTNER WANTED.
MAY CONSIDER SELLING OUTRIGHT - PROPOSALS?
Looking for a partner to share in co-ownership & time at my Off-Grid property in N.W. Ontario. (It's located about one & half hr. east of Manitoba/Ontario border).
It's an acerage / lake property facing south (just under 2 acres). It's main features are Canadian Shield trees, bush and rock together with the local wildlife. It's adjacent to Crown Land, Fresh water. It's close to nearby islands. It's accessed via Boat and Ice Roads only. (there are no land roads for access).
Property has a recent smaller solid insulated cabin. Cabin is well built, but needs finishes. Has newer wood burning and propane burning units for heating and cooking. No running water, no 110v power. (will likey upgrade this).
Endless supply of firewood on property and nearby.
Water is from a rain collection system and the lake.
Solar system is to be upgraded.
Fishing in the imediate area is great (Walleye, Bass, Pike, Crappie, Trout, Perch ...to name a few).
It has a dock and land deck.
Am seeking $125,000 investment in exchange for equal co-ownership. (Property is clear title and no debt) (property valued over $250,000).
May consider a RENT-TO-OWN deal or possibly outright sell it. (PROPOSALS PLEASE??)
Not looking for a REALTOR now, but interested parties can reach out for possible future consideration.
I am a mature male and seek one-person to partner up with (female or male)(may possibly consider an applicantion from a couple). (this is NOT a commercial or business opportunity).

"KEY REQUIREMENTS"
That serious interested folks should be able to prove / have :
- own good condition running boat & snow machine.
- be in good health / condition.
- the money and energy to join in ownership and help with the cabin / property. (may look at a substantial downpayment (min 50%) with regular follow up payments for the right person).
- the ability to share in off-grid duties personal costs. (cooking, cleaning, gathering, food / consumption supplies, handle some tools etc., etc.).
- being comfortable with nearby wildife.
- must be familiar with basic survival skills.
- be prepared to be in attendance at least 50% of a given year (in any and all seasons).
