BaroRH is supporting an organization seeking a notary passionate about trusts, strategy, and human impact. If you enjoy thinking, structuring, simplifying, and advising—while keeping both feet on the ground—this position might be for you. What we're looking for Someone who knows trusts inside and out, but who is also willing to lend a hand elsewhere if needed: real estate, business law, personal law... You won't be expected to do everything, but you can choose to do more if it excites you. Your future missions (if you accept them) • Establish various types of trusts: personal, testamentary, commercial. • Guide clients through estate planning (and reassure them without putting them to sleep). • Work alongside tax specialists, accountants, and other brilliant minds in our network. • Contribute to internal expertise and the development of our trust practice. • Participate in other types of files, depending on your profile and our needs: real estate, corporate, personal law... possibilities are open. What we offer (and it's more than just coffee) • A close-knit team, a healthy work environment, and great respect for your autonomy. • A diverse and loyal client base. • A bright office in Laval with the possibility of partial remote work. • Zero paper. Everything is digital. And it works. • An organized environment with strong administrative support. • Effective tools, continuous training, and colleagues who enjoy sharing their knowledge. • A competitive salary range, discussed with full transparency. Do you want to make a real difference in people's lives? Do you understand that behind every trust, there is often a strong intention and a life project? What you need to bring to the table • A degree in notarial law and membership with the Chambre des notaires du Québec. • At least 3 years of relevant experience (more is even better). • Genuine expertise or serious interest in trusts. • Strong writing, teaching, and legal structuring skills. • Autonomy, rigor, discretion... but also good judgment and a sense of humor, ideally.
