




The Level III NDT Responsible position is primarily responsible for ensuring that all aluminum cast products are inspected in accordance with customer specifications and company and aerospace quality standards. The Level III candidate will have technical responsibility and authority for radiographic operations (film and digital) in Laval, including certification of all qualified NDT personnel (X-ray Level I and II). · Verifies that all tools and equipment are calibrated and approved for continuous production use · Acts as process owner for NDT operations, performs customer requirement breakdown. · Provides training, communication, and guidance with work instructions and product acceptance criteria (based on customer requirement flow-down). Ensures all NDT personnel perform work instructions and activities in full compliance. · Implements improvements, changes, and measures that ensure products meet quality standards. · Audits performance of Level I and II personnel and participates in preparation and administration of their examinations. · Responsible for managing annual NADCAP NDT audits as well as customer and internal NDT audits. · Develops radiographic techniques, performs drawing and specification reviews for NDT inspection compliance. Minimum requirement: high school diploma. PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATION RT Level III certification preferably NAS 410. Certification in CGSB/ASNT is an asset. Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in NDT methods and manufacturing environment as a Level 3. Experience in aluminum casting will be an asset.
