Transferring my lease for 3.5 in heart of Laval. Just 5 mins away from Costco and Careefour Laval.

 

We have lease till September 2027 at the same price of $1550 including water. Only electricity and internet to be paid by tenant. It comes with 6 utilities - electric stove, microwave , washer - dyer, refrigerator , dishwasher and air conditioner in unit.

 

Very quite neighbourhood with beautiful views and friendly apartments. Cats are allowed, dogs are not permitted.

 

My home is pet free, clean and well maintained. You will get the homely feeling the moment you see the apartment.

 

The building has a gym, rooftop pool and a terrace to enjoy the summer and a wonderful sunset.

 

You will also get ONE spot indoor underground parking free till the end of the lease.

 

We are open to apartment visit in the evening and a video of the apartment will be provided on demand.
