





Contract duration expected from 3 to 5 years. Expected start date between Q1 and Q3 2025. Hybrid role. Working hours are normally between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday (35 hours per week), but may be extended during certain projects. 1. Act as the liaison between the project manager/coordinator and project resources, 2. Support the project manager/coordinator in developing the project plan, 3. Document and monitor project costs and schedule; 4. Adhere to the City's current project methodology framework, 5. Perform accountability reporting, 6. Define performance indicators (KPIs), and produce results reports in the form of dashboards. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in information technology, including 3 years in project control. Hold a university bachelor's degree (BAC) in information technology or business administration, or equivalent. Recent professional experience (within the last 36 months) with proficiency in Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps. Professional-level French (written and spoken). Ability to pass a criminal background check. Ability to travel within the Quebec City area.
