Looking for a full house or duplex or even apartment for Oct/1. It’s for myself, my adult daughter and adult son, And my daughter’s 2 cats that are almost 8 yrs old. We have been in our current rental for almost 5 years. Only moving cause the landlord has sold the property. Looking for a long term rental.I work full time for myself cleaning houses, my daughter goes to school and my son is a full time taper for a drywalling company. We are needing a 3 bedroom. Must be a full house. Not really looking for main floors unless absolutely have to . Willing to pay up to $2500 without including utilities for the right house. Also willing to pay a pet deposit for the cats if need be. We are super quiet, respectful and laid back, we do not party or anything like that. On our days off we prefer to just hang out and relax. We are always on time with rent, and can get a good reference from current landlord.
