I have a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house with 1 room avaliable for rent. You have a choice of the main floor 10x10 room, or basement room which is 12x12, both have closets. I am upstairs and have a roommate downstairs. We both work and go to school so the house stays pretty quiet. We are looking for someone who can clean up after themselves and respect each other's space.
Utilities included, wifi included. There's a heated gym in the garage. I pay for household things like toilet paper, dishwasher soap, dish soap.
We are on the 1600 block of ave c north. Tims is half block away, coop is 3 blocks away, freshco is 3 blocks away.
