Team Leader Wanted – With a Sharp Sales Mind Location: On the field in Trois-Rivières and surrounding areas Start Date: August 25 Contract: 6 weeks, full-time (40 hours/week) Salary: 1,000 CAD per week + performance commissions up to 250 CAD/week (paid weekly) English required We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and motivated operations professional to join our team as Field Sales Team Leader. This role is essential for supervising our flyer distribution operations in downtown Trois-Rivières and neighboring neighborhoods. Your Responsibilities Field Management (75–80% of your time) Supervise, motivate, and lead a team of Brand Ambassadors Provide real-time support and make quick decisions to maintain operational excellence Identify optimal high-foot-traffic distribution locations Flyer-to-Customer Conversion Strategy Use field data to optimize conversion rates Test different distribution zones to maximize customer impact Collaborate with the Ops team to align distribution with acquisition goals Sales-Oriented Training and Coaching Train Ambassadors to think like salespeople, not just distributors Deliver short and effective coaching sessions Reinforce key messages and encourage a conversion-focused mindset Planning and Analysis Create weekly schedules based on zone performance and potential Analyze data using Google Sheets and suggest improvements Evaluate the effectiveness of distribution zones Operational Excellence Manage inventories (flyers, uniforms, tools) via the Oppizi platform Work across warehouses, streets, and some remote tasks (planning, reporting) Why Join Us At Oppizi, we are revolutionizing offline marketing.
