BIWEEKLY CLEANING

I have 18+ years experience, 7 with a cleaning company, 3 of which I was a supervisor. I worked at a retirement home part-time as a housekeeper for 2 years doing residential cleans as well and then decided to clean residential full time and have now been doing it for several years 5+ years and it was the bestdecision I made! I love what I do and it shows in the details. My rate is $30 an hour with a 3 hour minimum for the first clean and 35$ an hour for regular cleaning. This rate includes products and gas mileage as well. Most of my homes are 3/4 hours. And in that time I do a deep cleaning of 2 levels. 3/4 bathrooms, 3/4 bedrooms, LR, DR, kitchen, laundry room/mud room. Dusting vacuuming and washing all floors every clean. First time cleans take an hour or so longer as I do baseboards, window sills light fixtures etc. Then as needed. I provide all cleaning supplies. And I also have a Miele bag less canister vacuum
