House check

Keep your house insurance valid as your away from home. I will check up on your house periodically. It’s best to check with you insurance how often that needs to be, typically between 3/7 days. Pricing: $75 for the first visit, and $50 for each visit thereafter. At the moment I don’t feel comfortable taking care of pets. What I’ll do: Check hot water tank for leaks. Home walk around, in and out, looking for damages. Check humidity and heat. inspect HVAC for basic operation; replace homeowner supplied filters as required Collect mail (as needed) Check electrical panel for tripped breakers.
