These were manufactured in the early 2000's mostly for educational institutions for their CNC training programs. Based on the castings of the venerable Chinese Drill/Mill sold under any number of monikers, these are a robust machine excellent for the small shop looking to get into CNC machining. This machine is not intended for high volume production but is an excellent prototyping machine. I have had great success with it over the years and am simply swapping to another machine that has a quick change collet system which better suits my needs.\r\nIt comes fully functional with an upgraded operating system and electronics. It uses UCCNC over Ethernet as a control system all driven by a Lenovo laptop using Windows 10. This has proven to be a very stable system. A UC 201 remote controller is included as well.\r\nIt includes a TOSA Tools fixturing plate with teflon inserts and I'll throw in half a dozen locate pins.\r\nThese fixturing plates are $1400 landed so a valuable addition. It makes fixturing a breeze. I have the same plate on my new machine and cannot say enough about them.\r\nI built and am including a small vacuum system that was necessary for a large plastics project that I was doing. You can use it or leave it swung out of the way. Vacuum included.\r\nIt also comes with a restored Bijur Spraymist Through Tool Lubrication system that does require 60-100ibs of compressed air.
