A ground-floor bedroom, with a full bathroom shared with one person (US$950 per month).

 

A basement bedroom, with a private living area and private toilet (shower located on the ground floor) (US$1000 per month).

 

Common areas (living room, dining room, and kitchen) are located on the ground floor.

 

The house is located very close to Lake Boivin and bike paths, just a few minutes’ drive from Cégep de Granby and 2 minutes’ drive from Granby Hospital. The Bromont Industrial Park is a 12-minute drive away.

 

We offer flexible rental terms—you pay only for the months you use.

Lease term of 3.5 months, aligned with university or cégep academic sessions.

 

Included in the room rental with full access to the entire house:
