The 3 rooms are occupied by students (interns).

 

Rent by person per room.

 

A very large room on the upper floor, with workspace and private full bathroom (1050$ per month).

 

A room on the ground floor, with a full bathroom shared with one person (950$ per month).

 

A basement room, with private living area and private toilet (shower on the ground floor) (1000$ per month).

 

On the ground floor are the common areas (living room, dining room and kitchen).

 

The house is located close to Lake Boivin and bike paths, a few minutes from Cégep de Granby by car and 2 minutes by car from Granby Hospital. The Bromont industrial park is 12 minutes by car.

 

We offer rentals where you pay only for the months used.

3.5-month lease based on university or college sessions.

 

Included in the room rental with access to the entire house:

 

* Fully furnished room with double bed

* Air conditioning throughout the house

* WIFI

* Smart TV in the living room

* Heating, electricity

* Housekeeping every two weeks for common areas

* Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave) as well as all necessary cooking utensils
