Corporate Yoga Classes — $50/hour

Support your team’s health and well-being with workplace yoga classes tailored to all experience levels. I completed my first yoga teacher training in 2009 and have taught for municipal and private organizations. Classes typically include sun salutations, a standing flow, backbends or alternatives, inversions or alternatives, and final shavasana.
