THE OPPORTUNITY The Business Development and Account Executive plays a key role in driving growth for JY Care’s nutraceutical manufacturing business. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this individual generates new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, relationship building, and creative sales strategies. This is a hunter-style sales role with a focus on OEM and private label nutraceutical products. The Business Development and Account Executive uncovers opportunities, builds long-term client relationships, and expands vertical growth within existing accounts—all while representing JY Care with professionalism, flexibility, and a strong customer-first mindset. POSITION DESCRIPTION  Reporting to the Sales Director, the Business Development and Account Executive plays five key roles:  Business Development & Sales Execution Generate new corporate accounts through cold calling, prospecting, and networking with decision makers and influencers. Develop and execute strategies to build pipelines, qualify leads, and convert opportunities into long-term business. Promote OEM and private label product offerings to clients across the nutraceutical sector. Collaborate with internal teams (production, R&D, quality) to support customer-specific projects.  Sales Reporting & Performance Maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity records in CRM or reporting systems. Requirements Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience in the nutraceutical industry. Proven track record in new business development and client acquisition. Organization Overview Durham Community Health Centre (DCHC) is a registered, charitable organization that provides integrated, accessible, and equitable community based primary care, wellness services, and health education to Durham community members who face multiple barriers to their health and well-being. DCHC also provides equity-based programs and services that focus on priority populations such as Indigenous, Black, the 2SLGBTQI Community, Newcomers to Canada, Seniors, and Unattached patients (i.e., those without a family doctor), to name a few. DCHC ensures Durham community members receive not only sick care, but preventive care as well. At DCHC, we are a team-based interprofessional group of staff including physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, counselors, dietitians, outreach workers, medical secretaries, and other administrative staff. Position Overview As a member of an interdisciplinary team, the Nurse Practitioner (NP) will deliver comprehensive, clientcentered primary care and addiction-focused health services to individuals experiencing homelessness and/or substance use challenges in the community The NP will provide primary care assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of clients with complex physical, mental health, and substance use concerns – working collaboratively with internal and external providers to ensure integrated, wraparound supports aimed at improving access, reducing barriers, and addressing social determinants of health. The NP will activate clinical pathways, referring clients to additional DCHC services and connecting them with community- based and specialty services as indicated. Demonstrate active participation in the CNO Quality Assurance (QA) Program to ensure maintenance of continuing competence to practice and with DCHC’s performance management requirements. Demonstrated ability to manage crises in an effective, professional manner. Demonstrated excellent written skills and report writing for a clinical setting. Basic CPR certification required. Reporting to the Shop Manager, the Heavy Equipment Technician JM/Apprentice will be responsible for diagnosing and completing repairs required on Victor Energy’s heavy equipment (Excavators, Digger Derrick Booms, Skid Steer, Drive Heads, and Loaders, picker trucks, tracked carriers, semi trucks, automotive and support equipment). Must have the ability to troubleshoot major and minor mechanical problems, as well as to repair and adjust all necessary mechanical components including hydraulic systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Company equipment is maintained in a good working condition by inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and servicing the fleet in the shop. THE OPPORTUNITY: POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Manager, Customer Experience, is responsible for creating, implementing, and championing a strategic culture of Customer satisfaction at BRC. As a member of BRC’s Management Team they will develop best practices and implement progress within these departments in accordance with BRC’s vision and core values.   RESPONSIBILITIES  Lead and coach the CE Manager and Team Lead’s who are responsible for the Customer Experience, sign off Drawings, Claims and Order Entry teams. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of all software solutions for Customer Experience including the implementation of new software solutions. Responsible for assisting with the onboarding of new dealers and ISR’s to ensure they are trained on products, processes, and solutions. Develop, maintain, and continue to grow a high level of knowledge of BRC’s products. Develop, maintain, and continue to grow a high level of knowledge of BRC’s processes; offering insights to improve and enhance. Coordinate bi-monthly events for all departments within the Customer Experience team to boost morale and teamwork. Establish and lead a high-performance team to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and win more project business. Drive individual accountability among members by leading by example and regularly holding 1:1s with your team members. Create, deliver, and analyze performance metrics for your teams. Identify problem areas and take appropriate action. Provide coaching and training to all employees on your team. Provide feedback and direction on a regular basis. Actively manage poor performance and address issues amongst the team in a timely manner. Create job breakdowns and launch TWI training for all new and existing team members. Expertly handle Customer service inquiries which may be escalated from Managers, from priority dealers and/or from ISR’s. Oversee and manage any contracts, such as government or state contracts within Canada and the USA. Participate in the Steering committee for new product development. Ensure feedback from the design team is being addressed and reviewed for product improvements and potential new products developed. Ensure appropriate resources and coverage of all areas. You will drive effective service coordination for youth with other organizational units, including case management, shelter, housing, and clinical services. You will partner with the Director to implement robust diversion and intake practice standards and decision-making protocols across the organization. PRIORITIES Lead programs and services. Using Housing First for Youth principles and best practices, you will develop and manage the delivery of diversion and intake services for youth (ages 16-24) seeking support. You will guide the vision and goals of the diversion and intake team, and drive innovation in programming. Programs in this portfolio include the following: Shelter Diversion – You will oversee the delivery of shelter diversion workers, who work within a system of care approach to assess diversion or entry to the shelter, and provide coordinated access to the shelter system if appropriate.  Central Intake – You will operationalize comprehensive and strengths-based youth engagement strategies to inform high-quality, relevant, and youth-driven supports and referrals. Ongoing Quality Improvement: You will work to continually assess and remove barriers so youth can quickly access the support they need, helping prevent homelessness and reduce time spent in crisis.
