




Basic Requirements Hold a first-cycle university degree (Bachelor's) in computer science, business administration with an organizational information systems option, or another relevant discipline recognized by the Ministry of Education, or equivalent; Have 6 years of relevant experience as an office technology analyst within the last 12 years. Have completed, as an office technology analyst, 3 assignments of a scope exceeding 220 person-days within the last 6 years, in an environment comparable to the Client's in terms of scale and complexity. Specific Requirements (optional or additional) Experience administering a workstation environment using SCCM / GPO and PowerShell Experience administering a workstation environment using MECM (Intune/Autopilot) Experience administering an MDM solution such as Workspace One or Intune Experience administering a Microsoft 365 tenant Experience administering virtual machines using VMware Experience managing the lifecycle of office equipment Experience managing the lifecycle of office software Experience providing advanced support for workstation environments Experience packaging software using SCCM Experience creating/modifying PowerShell scripts Experience creating/modifying management reports using Power BI Experience managing an Active Directory Experience designing and modeling access profiles Experience categorizing access levels based on criticality Experience implementing and operationalizing an access certification process Experience operationalizing guidelines and processes for access management teams Knowledge of the IT access lifecycle Knowledge of authorization processes Experience in IT system monitoring Experience with a configuration management database (CMDB) Experience in IT service management (ITSM) Experience in cloud computing Experience with application programming interfaces (API) Experience documenting business and technical processes Experience gathering client requirements.
